Three Things

04 Mar

Following a comment yesterday and some pondering during the wee witching hours of the morn, lets see if this works.

3 things that were good about today

1 – My dinner didn’t end up on the floor
2 – There was some sunshine and it actually felt warm through the glass
3 – I didn’t end up on the floor!!  [Believe me that is a good thing, I don’t bounce].

3 things that got done today

1 – one load of laundry washed and dried
2 – I emailed the property management companies for quotes and details
3 –

3 things I enjoyed about today

1 – Tuna and mayo sandwich on fresh bread I just devoured
2 – Sis and Bro in law regular weekly visit
3 –

I’m stuck now … maybe a coffee will massage the little grey cells.

I really like the idea of this list. I am going to give it a try.

Well Liszt [adore your Hungarian Rhapsody and the whole Princess Carolyne zu Sayn-Wittgenstein thing, tragic] when my first bout of serious depression descended in 2003 my BFF told me to keep a book and write three positive words about each day … it was torture!!

Maybe you should just have the categories without the target figures …you MIGHT just go over your limit. I know all about falling over (and that’s stone cold sober, by the way). My eyes are so weak that I frequently misjudge distances and don’t see something I’m about to walk into until it’s too KERUNCH!
